Return Policy:

Orders placed on SuzeOrman.com have a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund please "submit a request" above. 

Orders placed with PBS (Public Broadcast Station) are pledge donations, each station handles their own policy therefore you'll want to contact your local station you pledged.

Orders placed with Financial Security NOW: If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, return it within 30 days of the original shipment date listed on the packing slip – and we will refund your purchase price. All return information will be on your packing slip included with the product.

Orders placed with HSN

1. Locate the available return method(s) listed on the packing slip.
2. Select your preferred method of return.
3. Remove the original shipping label from the outside of the package and replace it with the selected return label.

Orders placed with QVC If you're not satisfied for any reason, their return policy allows you to send back returns-eligible merchandise within 30 days of the date you received the package for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling and Q Return Label fee. Follow the return instructions on the packing slip. or contact QVC directly. 

Orders placed with Amazon (Will and Trust Kit- Protection Power Pak) if you are not satisfied with your product please return the eligible merchandise within 30 days of the date you received the package to Amazon for a refund.
